How to be happy!!

How to be happy ?

This is the problem that plague most of the young generation in today's world. " How to be happy"

Well if I'd to answer this in brief or in long way, I don't think people would be satisfied with my answer. Why?
Because. "HAPPINESS IS SUBJECTIVE"
What will make you happy doesn't work for me, and what makes me happy is not that what works with you to be happy.

"How to be happy alone"

So the first thing what you have to do is what we call "INTROSPECTION"
First things first, think of the things that makes you happy, I know it's it's really a big deal to think of the things that makes us happy while we are suffering to find happiness. Wait what?
Suffering to find happiness?
Yooo, that's the thing, let me tell you.
Happiness is a state of mind, it's not a product that you're finding outside of the house.

Like Mark Manson said in his book, "The subtle art of not giving a f**k".

"Happiness is therefore a form of action; it's an activity, not something that is passively bestowed upon you, not something that you magically discover in a top-ten article on the Huffington Post or from any specific guru or teacher. ... Whatever your problems are, the concept is the same: solve problems; be happy".

To get me more clear about where the true happiness, love and hope really comes from,
Down are the three books that are from the best selling books of the world and from the world famous best selling authors.

Robin Sharma is a Canadian writer, best known for his "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari" book series. Robin Sharma worked as a litigation lawyer, when he self-published MegaLiving, a book on stress management and spirituality.

His point is that simple that never put of happiness for the sake of achievement, never put of things that are important for your well being and satisfaction to a later time.

There is no other opportunities to keep growing and improving, and yet it's growth that generated happiness, not a long list of arbitrary achievement

According to his book, what he said is happiness is a journey not a destination, live for today there will never be another one quite like it.

This is the book that has transformed millions of lives,

A beautifully crafted fable that has become a world famous classic, this very special book tells the extraordinary story of Julian mentle, a successful lawyer forced to confront the spiritual crisis of his out of balance life. Wrapping up!
I've came across many people who say that: ARE YOU KIDDING ME? "To be happy we need to read books, what a silly thing".
Like I said, happiness is a state of mind, it's all about the "MIND".
All, success in life, whether material or spiritual, starts with the twelve pound mass sitting between your shoulders.

Saying that you have no time to improve your thoughts and your life is like saying you don't have time to stop for gas because you're too busy driving, eventually it will catch up with you! ;)

THANKS!

Which is your favorite book, let me know in the comments below. Would love to read your comments!! :)
